JTBC’s upcoming Monday-Tuesday drama, Sunbae, Don’t Put On That Lipstick confirmed on August 20 its complete casts line up.
SF9’s Rowoon and Won Jin Ah are confirmed to be the main leads with Lee Hyun Wook, Lee Joo Bin, Lee Kyu Han, Wang Bit Na, Ha Yoon Kyung, and Kang Hye Jin as the other casts.
Sunbae, Don’t Put On That Lipstick is a romance drama about a Senior (Sunbae) Yoon Song Ah (Won Jin Ah) who refuses to date younger men and Chae Hyun Seung (Rowoon) as a young junior who is a straight-forward man, and has everything from good looks, sexiness, and serious aura.
Moreover, Won Jin Ah playing the role of Yoon Song Ah, is a senior third-year marketer of the cosmetic brand, Klar. She shows interest in cosmetics but only wears pink lipstick in her daily look.
Unlike her gentle appearance, she is so professional in her field with sharp platform and leadership.
Rowoon playing the character of Chae Hyun Seung, is a first-year marketer who has a good sense of value aside from his attractive physique.
Along with them is Lee Hyun Wook as Lee Jae Shin, the marketing team leader who seems to have everything, but in fact, he doesn’t have anything.
Lee Joo Bin will also transform into Lee Hyo Joo, a promising young photographer who is the granddaughter of the founder of cosmetic brand, Klar. She may have everything but loneliness lies in her strong pride.
Unlike the other third generation chaebols who suffer from accidents, Lee Jae Woon (Lee Kyu Han), is the successor and the marketing vice president, who is recognized for his ability.
Furthermore, Wang Bit Na plays Chae Ji Seung, the CEO and chief designer of the big wedding dress shop, Hara having an intellectual and elegant charm
Ha Yoon Kyung as Chae Yeon Seung, a housewife who has been married for 8 years. Both Chae Ji Seung and Chae Yeon Seung are the older sisters of Chae Hyun Seung (Rowoon).
Lastly, Kang Hye Jin plays the character of Kim Ga Young, a department store saleswoman who is a close friend of Yoon Song Ah (Won Jin Ah).
Sunbae, Don’t Put On That Lipstick is written by Chae Yoon and will be directed by Director Lee Dong Yoon, based on a web novel of the same name.
It is scheduled to premiere in the first half of 2020 under JTBC Studio.
